“Every time you eat is a chance to nourish your body.”

We truly love to inspire our campers to create in the kitchen, enjoying healthy cooking and learning the difference between generic, local and organic foods. We empower our youth to become conscious consumers.

Each week campers will harvest from local farms or visit green farm stands and work side-by-side with local chefs. Campers will be exposed to the chefs' culinary creativity & prepare here on the farm, in our country kitchen. They will choose from our organic ingredients, creating a farm-to-table inspired, nutritious, delicious dish!

Her work has been featured in Gourmet, Martha Stewart, Food & Wine and New York Magazines, to name a few. She brings creativity, professionalism and a true passion for the culinary arts to every meal she prepares. This summer, The Art Farm campers have the chance to work side-by-side with Stacie, gaining inspiration from our own organic gardens as well as visiting her favorite handpicked farm stand for certain ingredients, preparing delicious, farm-to-table recipes.
