"Look deep into nature, and then you will understand everything better." ~Albert Einstein

Don't you wish you knew the names of all the different shells on the beach, the names of all the tiny crabs, fish and snails in the water, and the type of sea grass surrounding us? Well, here is a chance for campers to learn this, and through them, parents will too!

Learning about our environment is a wonderful way for children to connect with nature and instill a respect for it, as well as the planet in general. We love to enlighten our campers and teach about all of the little critters around us, as well as the greenery, the ponds, their interconnected roles, and the importance of recycling and composting in order to live a green life, sustaining it all.

The Hamptons are home to various ecosystems and wildlife. Campers will explore the richness of the environment around them including beach life, ponds, and other local bodies of water while learning to identify shells, vegetation and various wildlife that inhabit the waters, beach and surrounding area. Find fish, crabs, snails, and insects, hike trails and paths, and nurture a lifelong love of the outdoors. Through guided tours campers will unlock some of the secrets that hide in plain site in our natural environment. Once again we have an opportunity to visit the hidden jewels of Long Island while investigating and learning all about nature.
