Our philosophy is simple, "The farm brings out the best in us." Our twelve years of success can be attributed to our relaxed atmosphere and the lifelong memories that are created of our farm animals. Part of our foundation of "paying it forward" together with our emphasis on nature and caring for animals allows your child to blossom in a flourishing outdoor environment. The Art Farm is an unbelievable experience for children of any age!

Full day programs at the camp are offered for children ages 4-11, no matter what interests he/she may have, we have activities especially tailored for him/her. (check out the different combos below) Older children ages 8-11 even have the option of scheduling part of their day with their favorite activities.  

One of the most exciting programs we offer are: "The Riders"

Ages 8-11 Half and Half... for campers who still want the activites offered at camp but also want to spend time in the water; getting up on water skiis, knee boarding, wake surfing, tubing and surfing.

Ages 8-14 Full Day in the water enjoying water skiing, wake boarding, surfing and much more. (THIS IS THE ONLY PROGRAM AVAILABLE FOR CHILDREN 13YEARS & UP )

Camp - Ages 4-14
Whether you have a little one who loves art and tennis, a preteen who enjoys horseback riding and ceramics or a teenager who can’t get enough waterskiing, we're sure they’ll love The Art Farm. Whatever your child’s interests are, they’ll be sure to find activities that grab their attention in our non-competitive, encouraging farm atmosphere. Our emphasis on animals and farm life gives campers of all ages the opportunity to learn to care for animals and experience what farm living is all about.

Teen Programs - Ages 13-18
Nosara Beach is HEAVEN FOR SURFERS, and everyone else too! The beach break is perfect for beginners and you will absolutely learn to surf here. For the more advanced- you will be surfing on the outside... it is an amazing experience! It is peaceful and spiritual to be part of the jungle, the surf, yoga and of course, the incredible wildlife of butterflies, iguanas, and monkeys. CANOPY ZIP LINE, RAINFOREST RIVER TOUR, SPANISH LESSONS, YOGA & KICKBOXING, JUNGLE EXPERIENCE, SAVE THE MONKEYS RESCUE PROGRAM.

The trip is scheduled for June 16th-June 25th for ages 16-18 & July 21st-July 30th for ages 13-15. This trip will accomodate 12 surfers in a coed group accompanied by an Art Farm Director. The cost for the trip is $2250 (airfare additional) If interested please call for more details.

Tennis Combo - Ages 6-12
If you are aiming to become a future tennis star receive a 1 hour private lesson with a tennis pro at a local tennis facility. You will leave your scheduled activity and be driven in the Art Farm van to your lesson. Available Tuesday's & Friday's. $40/lesson

Pony Combo - Ages 6-8 and 9-12
If your child wants to spend extra time riding horses, we have the perfect program for you. For 2 hours per week your child will leave their scheduled activity and will be driven in The Art Farm van to Rose Hill Farms (right next door) where they will learn horse grooming, receive equine education and have one hour of riding time. Available Wednesday's & Thursday's $180/day

Once again we are offering an introductory after camp water sports program to the seven year olds. This option allows them to get a taste of what they’ll experience once they graduate into The Art Farm Riders program.

The Art Farm Riders - Ages 8-14
For those of you that love the water and have an adventurous side we have different options for you to choose from to incorporate these activities into your schedule.

1/2 Day Water Sports - This option allows you to spend half of your day at the camp & the other half on the boat or at nearby beaches waterskiing, wakeboarding, and surfing.

Full Day Water Sports - This ALL DAY option is perfect for those that can’t get enough of all of our water sports.
Spend your days WATERSKIING    WAKEBOARDING  &   SURFING

Soak in the sun out on the water after camp hours, or our 7 yr olds can get a jump start on the water sports program:

Early Drop-Off - Ages 4-14
New this year, you can drop your child off at camp at 9am where he/she will be looked after by an Art Farm staff member. Your child will spend the half hour participating in sports activities in the gymnasium.

Sign up now on our online registration form or pay in person at the office during the summer. Early drop off must be paid for prior to dropping off your child in the gymnasium.

Early Drop-Off is available for full day campers only (4-14 yrs).

2008 Camp Schedule
June 30th to August 22nd ( NO CAMP JULY 4th)
Full Day Hours: 9:30 to 3:30 Monday through Friday
Half Day Hours: 9:30-12:30 Monday through Friday

Lunch has to be packed every day. All rooms are equipped with a refrigerator to keep food cool. At the end of each day we will provide a home made, nutritious snack that the campers have baked in our kitchen.
